If 4 is next up from 3, should there not be a path from the 3rd dimension to the 4th dimension, and from the 4th to 5th, and so on? And is it not likely there are an infinite number of dimensions in existence?

I believe all self development should focus on four areas of Personal Development: Universal, Mind, Body and Spirit.
As a former athlete in many sports disciplines and a Decathlon champion, I learnt a great deal about the benefits of exercise and sports to life. If you can establish a consistent schedule through life, this becomes in a way your backbone for life. Exercise that pushes you always brings you back to the fundamentals for life – Humility, Perseverance, Achievement and Consciousness, where we tap into the the infinite energy that lies wigthin all of us.
Very few exercises enable you to exert maximal physical effort through your life. Swimming and Yoga are among them. I practice both and wholly recommend you incorporate these two disciplines into your life within a daily or weekly routine.
Below is a video of me swimming freestyle, the fastest swim stroke and one where you can really exert yourself physically while also developing your mental and spiritual capabilities. I believe freestyle swimming is one of the best Universal exercises there is as it combines total body mobility, strength and speed together with coordination and agility.
However, before watching the video, here are images highlighting the positions you need to ensure you obtain in order to achieve maximal efficiency and effectiveness in forward momentum for your effort.
When I swim in public pools I see few people obtaining these fully stretched and mobile positions and, as a result wasting a great deal of energy. These positions can be achieved through additional exercises for flexibility, mobility and strength. So I include additional simple exercises here below you can do anywhere, including your own home or hotel room, that will empower your swimming with range of movement and power through movement.
Flexibility and Mobility Exercises for effective Freestyle swimming:
Using a pole to develop wide range of movement / Flexibility. Reach and extend slowly to end positions. Then add motion, moving from one side to the other to slowly mimic turning in Freestyle swimming. This builds core strength as well as Flexibility and Mobility. Once a foundation is established slowly build faster switching from one side to the other until you can build speed into side to side CONTROLLED swings, being sure to extend to the very end position.
Range of Movement in Motion – Converting Flexibility -> Mobility – during Swimming
The Swim – yes – this is high energy and it should be. When exercising holistically you need to combine physiology, mind and spirit. So go on! Get a friend to take a video of you swimming so you can see how your exercises and visualization exercises have translated into action. And yes, add a great piece of music that energetically empowers you. Your best choice music will activate hidden energies within you. As you can see I LOVE Uplifting Trance music!
